Everything was going fine until I went into the Catacombs. Then everything turned blue and there were doors floating in midair. Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me? Any solutions?

Have you tried loading an Autosave/Saved Game before you entered the Catacombs? Sometimes just Saving and reloading the fresh Save will fix an issue like this.
If the method soes not work, then list what system you are using, and if you are on PC. If you are on a PC, then list the mods you are using.

Right before I entered the Catacombs I saved, then I loaded the save and entered them. It did not work.
