I went on the lore names and hated them all, maybe Ra'ka... kar, kazul. Any others. Also please none in the Cyrodilic way, like taken from the very page 'Pulls-rope-faster' none of those.

In lore though, Saxhleel get their names from a Naming Day before they lick the sap from the Hist. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Travelling-New-Woman is a little info on that. Also, Cyrodillic names usually are "stuck" on a Argonian because the name in their Jel language is too long or hard to say. Hauls-Rope-Faster is an example.

And names like "Ra'ka" sound for Khajiiti then Argonian IMO.
