Stuck on loading screen while trying to enter caves : V

All of a sudden I find that I can't enter caves without getting stuck on a seemingly-infinite loading screen. All I see is a black screen with smoke, though it appears to be "zoomed in;" no model, text, or level bar. It only seems to effect caves, because I can enter forts and towns/buildings without any problem. This problem persists on any character I play.

If I use the "COC" console command, I can access the caves, but then I have the same problem once I try to leave the cave.

Any ideas?
