Can anyone confirm the fix listed here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Restoration to make Gaurdian Circle appear in Colette Marence's inventory as working on Xbox 360?

I can't confirm that it works on the 360, but it worked for me on the PC with the 1.1 version of the game. I imagine that it does work on the 360, but it's probably tricky just like on the PC. It took me several tries to get Colette to sell the Guardian Circle tome. My suggestion (And what I did) is to save before you enter the Augur's room and keep trying 'till you get it. You have to be with the quickness on pressing the activation key.

I failed a couple of times until the last try where I was with the quickness, pressed it about 2 or 3 times and then just ran out the door. Colette had two tomes for sale afterwards. o.o...
