I have had to recreate my character several times due to the fact that it levels the smithing to 100 the moment I start smithing - this aumtomatically gets me to level 16 before I barely even start. I tried the remove perk, lowering the level and smithing levels. This still occurs. I have tried to delete my old games, but the problem still occurrs. Please help. My game is on a PC.
