Shirtless Enemies...

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 2:47 pm

I feel like shirtless enemies should have a 2 hit maximum threshold for damage. THEY ARE SHIRTLESS, NO chest armor, one power attack even, and they should be done. Its very annoying to stand there in a full suit of armor with a massive weapon hacking away at a shirtless bandit...i guess if they are mages there could be exceptions, but thats a rare thing (briarhearts)

anyone else ever have this thought?

Nah, because they are unencumbered enough to dodge the attack or roll with the hit to minimize damage.

Agree. But would be hard to implement.

I think i would like to have armored foes more resistant, i feel like the mace perk is not really usefull since even heavy armored foes dies quite fast.

I remember Morrowind guard of mournhold that felt like they were wearing *real* armor.

I don't pick it apart that much while I play. If I had to reason it out in my mind, I'd just say, "That is one tough SOB...tougher than me..." and leave it at that. It's a game, not real life....

EDIT: spelling

And people complain about dice roll misses in morrowind.

All this "realism" is going to ruin the series sooner or later.

They don't need armor when their abs and pects themselves are made of steel.

Seriously - People are made of REALLY TOUGH STUFF, not Plasticine.
