Hidden meanings...

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 7:22 pm

Well apparently the DEVs have a dry sense of humor. I don't recall hidden meanings in other E.T.S games, but hey I might have been so damn drunk at the time I did not pay too much attention.

Here's what I found so far:

*In a dungeon a door was locked. after opening it it was a small closet with only a skeleton inside.

(Answer: Skeleton in the closet).

*Forsworn Dungeon: Found a bee laying next to a ladle on a table.

(Answer: belittle)

*In a Dragur Dungeon, opened a locked door and inside this small closet, rolls of linen fell out.

(Answer: Linen Closet)

Still on the hunt in my travels to spot anymore. Anyone find any?

I'm not sure I get your reasoning.

He's saying one of the developers is a lover of puns.

There are many easter eggs in Skyrim. Congrats on finding a few! You have a long way to go, however... :)

Everyone loves puns, I'm a bit of a pun-isher myself but I think those are a bit of stretch. Especially the bee one.

I don't see how they can be a stretch considering its rather obvious what the intent was. Sides how often do you see a bee laying next to a ladle in a dungeon, uh I have not.

But to each their own on finding meaning of such things.

I'm just saying that seems like a pretty normal thing to me, most dungeons are full of alchemical ingredients and (sometimes inexplicably) kitchenware.
