you know that all the housecarls say pretty much the same thing....

But the others don't say it with that obnoxious "it's my job that I really really hate" tone of voice.

Thanks for answers, I guess I'm going to use that merc that hates dark elves...going to have a chat with him as I'm a dark elf and ignored him till now.
The executioner and the bard from the love triangle were good options but unfortunately the ranger can follow me not the bard and according to uesp I screwed my chance to make the executioner a follower.
Guess no thalmor loving follower I would have liked that, in fact I noticed there's no high elf at all in the lists of followers on wikis.

i went for the dude looking chick in the whiterun, the one that bets she can knock your hide to the ground for 100 gold, because I don't like her face.

I picked lydia becasuse i always put her outside and she always comes back in to knock my stuff over, and she stares at me while i sleep which creeps me out

This is exactly why I chose him for my current character. There's nothing wrong with him per se, but I do get tired of being question like I'm a stranger every time I set foot in Hjerim. Its my house - stop with the "pre-trespassing" dialog. I will fix that bug once the construction set comes out.

there is a useless chick in the inn in whiterun, she was refused by the companions because she killed the guy she had to spar with, after you take her 200 septims from brawling im sure you can use her for that nice Boethiah

She's a psycho...

I took her for a run from Whiterun to Solitude to do a bit of bashing, and after running into a dragon (which she hid from), a Thalmor patrol, and then getting ambushed by two vigilants of stendar (religious freakazoids...pffft), she yelled out "I'm sick of you!!" then started bashing into me...I tried the concede thing, but she ended up killing herself from my reflect damage perk.

The Companions were right...she's a nutjob. A dead nutjob now....
