Sheogorath was much better in oblivion

He had a lot more facial expressions, his character had a lot more personality in oblivion that it does in skyrim. great voice acting in both though by good old wes. i wish skyrims faces showed as many different emotions as oblivions...

I completely disagree. Sheogorath in Skyrim was lively and colorful. The quest was also very fun.

It doesn't compare to the entirety of the Shivering Isles obviously, but the Skyrim quest was the same ole' Sheogorath.

I agree with the facial expressions. I kind of miss the persuasion mini-game too.

I agree with you there. Sheogorath is my favorite daedric prince, and was kinda disappointed with him in Skyrim. Though, he did have a couple great lines.

Everyone had more facial expressions, so that's a bit of an invalid point(facial expressions in Oblivion were an awesome addition. no idea why they took that out)
I have to disagree with the personality part. I thought he was still as loopy as ever, and still a lot of fun to meet. Plus, we only met him for one quest, whereas he was in half of the Shivering Isles main quest, so comparing their lines can be slightly unfair.

I agree on that too, I actually enjoyed improving everyone's disposition.

It's difficult to judge, since we only see him for five minutes. But in a way, yes I agree. Generally speaking most Skyrim NPCs lack the same wide range of expressions.
