New character. Backstory?

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 4:52 pm

So i've created four characters in Skyrim now all with their own backstory.
Now I have run out of ideas but I need one more.
A beautiful-for-her-kind orc, Zahrahji
Yes, I know, she was raised by Khajiits atleast, :P
I want someone here to write me a backstory for Zahrahji. She's an orc, 28 years.
Pick allignment for me and a backstory, but not completely evil, example: lawfully evil is OK.
Thanks!

I don't think Lawfully Chaotic is an alignment. They are generally opposites. I think you meant Lawful Evil.

I think your alignment should be "inadvertent offensive" - so if you get dialogue options like "Why should I care?" - go for them.

Out on the Western Reach, born and raised
In the forest was where I spent most of my days
Trapping, hunting, sneaking all cool
While gathering herbs by a freshwater pool
When a couple of nords who were up to no good
Started making trouble by spilling blood
We lost a few men, and my clan got scared
"We're sending you to Riften way east over there"

I joined a caravan and when we got near
to the city, an old man pulled me down by my ear
If anything, I'd say this Esbern was mean
I got mad. "Forget it! You're causing a scene!"

I pulled out my dagger, and then seven or eight
guards grabbed me roughly. "You're going to jail!
Today's a holy feast, no violence allowed!"
Now I sit here in prison, fearfully cowed.

I was ok with it until you said she was raised by Khajiit. Reminds me of an Orc I found in Morrowind actually.

I played an Orc myself and did a lot of research on the Lore and Orc Strongholds in the area.

Here's a condensed version as it might give you some ideas:

Dular gro-Ghash was born with a twin brother in an orc stronghold hidden deep in the Dragontail Mountains of Hammerfell. The stronghold was well known for their smithing of orichalum armor and how they supplied many of the rebel Redguards living in the mountains at the time of the Dominion’s invasion.

As their father aged both his brother and Dular discussed who would eventually challenge their father for the right of chieftain. Unwilling to cause his brother any real harm Dular allowed the matter to be decided on the result of a wager which Dular lost. Honor bound to the end Dular agreed to leave the stronghold in order to remove any strife from within their clan. Dular left the stronghold vowing to find a worthy spouse and start a new stronghold of their own.

It was while crossing the border into Skyrim that Dular was captured by Imperial soldiers who were looking for Stormcloak rebels. It seemed that the Empire was in the middle of stopping an all out civil war in Skryim and Dular had gotten caught up in it. Without so much as a hearing Dular was loaded up with other prisoners and sent to be executed. It was during this execution however that a dragon attacked, allowing Dular to escape this fate and to continue his search in Skyrim.

I don't know: lawfully chaotic means she's dedicated to being chaotic, rather than only being chaotic on a whim ;-)
