has anyone ever seen vampires an werewolves just roaming around skyrim

I went into a Fort and saw a Werewolf in a cell. Vampires are usually in Dungeons, but I did see one outside on the road and a couple in the exterior area of a fort

I've had to fight several vampires/vampire thralls in the wild, yes. Haven't seen any werewolves outside of quests, though.

Only saw 1 werewolf outside and that was linked to particular quest. There are a few in some dungeons. Vampires are sometimes outside at night.

And werewolves in cells
oh and one time outside whiterun i saw Sinding the werewolf wander around D: but i think it was a glitch,Becouse the guards or noone reacted to him being a werewolf

Werewolves out in the wilds? Nope. However, I have seen them in cells, in dungeons. But its odd, the loading screen says, something to the effect that people believe when night falls werewolves come out to prey on the unwary.

As for vampires, if I am roaming out in the wilds at night, I occasionally come a crossed them.

Nope no werewolves outside, Vamps a plenty, even in towns. use detect life more. get some interesting results. especially at a certain Inn.
