I saved the program and when I come back to that point I get killed before I can do anything to stop it. Need help.

Ok, you are going to have to give a lot more information than that. Did you mean that you made a save game and that when you load you are being attacked or something and instantly die?

I figured it out. just had to load the game again in an earlier scene. Thanks.

A lesson learned in having many save points. Heed this. Reloading an earlier save will solve 99% of the problems people have.
