a suggestion revolving vampireswerewolfs in skyrim tes serie

ok i know im not well known here, in fact i just signed up, but i think that this suggestion has been posted before but im going to post it to make sure

ok, my main idea revolves around the fact that vampires and hopefully werewolves will remain in the elder scrolls series long after skyrim, but i have a small idea that might make it better and more intriguing to be a vampire or a werewolf. in morrowind there were different clans of vampires if i remember correctly, each with there own unique "style", i would like to see this implemented in a dlc for skyrim, it would be nice to finally see a useful vampire who doesnt try to bite me even though im a vampire .

the first clan i can think of would be the more civilized race of vampires, the ones that can control their urge to feed and need to feed better then the others, these would be like the ones living in the imperial city in oblivion, hard to detect that they are vampires, and fairly resistant to sunlight. i imagine the people who get infected by this clan would probably have seeked them out, or discovered that they were a vampire and tried to kill them, in which case they could simply use illusion magic to get out of the bind. i imagine that these would only be able to be detected after long periods of time without feeding, and have the lowest downside, but also the lowest plusside.

the second clan of vampires would be similar to the ones already in skyrim, can hide in plain sight, sunlight negatively affects them quite dangerously, and are able to go a week maybe without feeding before they are detected. the resistance to frost makes them naturally inclined to frost style spells and so forth.

the third clan i imagine would be the more visceral of the 3, leaning more to the barbaric side of vampiric nature. these vampires would only be able to go a few days without feeding before getting noticed, and sunlight will burn all but the well fed. since these would be more barbaric, i imagine they would be able to drink the blood of someone awake (i never understood why we couldnt in the first place), draining the persons life while feeding their hunger, but of course this would mean insta attack by guards, and nearby villagers.

as for the werewolves i imagine the majority of it would have to deal with how often they change, and how uncontrollably they change. sinding said that he cant control his werewolf transformation, turning at the worst possible times, yet when the dragonborn takes on the gift of hircine, he has no problem with that.

so for the first clan of werewolves they are already in skyrim, the companions. they can change whenever they wish, with perfect control over the transformation, thus being a huge bonus for any companion werewolf.

as for the second clan of werewolves i think back to sinding, who said he cant control his transformations, them happening at the worst times. as such i imagine the dragonborn if he was infected by lycanthropy of this form would have random transformations, but he could also transform at will. and since i know this would be horrible to play with, maybe a warning of when it is going to happen as well as being stronger than the companion werewolves.

as for the third clan of werewolves i think of the original werewolves in real life legends, howling like a wolf during a full moon. so for the third clan of werewolves i imagine only being able to turn at night, but being significantly stronger then the companion werewolves, and being forced to turn during a full moon in skyrim, but being even more powerful during it, would be very intriguing.

as for the general idea of it i mainly think of a clan as being able to go back to and having its own quest line, like the companion and college of winterhold. as well as possibly fighting werewolves as a random encounter would be intriguing to see. but any reception to this would be nice to have, and also any other ideas regarding werewolves or vampires would be nice.

Some good ideas. Particularly the vampire clans. But many people dislike vampires and werewolves or dislike the fact that the gameplay did not rise up to their expectations. Personally, if they remove vampires and werewolves, might as well take out magic, dragons and all that other stuff too. It's only fair.

But maybe a DLC can change some of these tbings.
