What's point of having Master Locks and Unbreakable Picks?

What were you thinking Bethesda? Did you fail to realize that the second perk makes the first completely useless, or were you just catering to the casual, lazy gamer again?

It's kind of a waste to program a perk like this, when something more meaningful could be made, like broken picks provide more XP to Lockpicking or more lockpicks found on bandits (obviously not that high on the perk tree for these effects, but at least it doesn't make another perk on the tree useless.)

I feel that they could've done a better job on the perks in Skyrim

Simple while master lockpicking and unbreakable picks need the same skill level you require no more perks beyond expert to reach master however you have to use an extra one to reach unbreakable but admittedly they probably have made you get master before getting unbreakable ... also while unbreakable makes functionally master lock picking pointless master lockpicking would save time if your not very good at the lockpicking game
