A new combat experienceleveling up idea

So here's the idea: there should be different attack animations for different skill levels in any particular attack.
lets say that you're level 10 in one-handed; you wouldn't be as skillful with your weapons, now would you?
i think in the animation for said scenario, you should swing your weapon/ cast your spell clumsily and un-skillfully.
on the other hand, if you are level 80, you would attack much faster and more powerful and precise. Thus, there is more
reward for majoring in said skill.

While this would be nice, making 5 or so different animations for something so unnoticeable would be a waste of time in the long run. Mods on the other hand, could pull this off.
