Ok so i walk into solitude and walk up to the execution deal and boom everyone aggroes me no bounty no jail and now whenever I walk near they attack I cant do anything about it that i know of plz help dont wanna go backto last save was to long aggo and I dont want to go through another dragon fight at this time.

Have you tried sheathing your weapons?

Then going to jail or paying your bounty?

This is not the first time I have heard of this, unfortunately.

I have had this happening by interrupting the execution that takes place the first time you enter Solitude.
The only thing I have found to work is to reload a save from before it happened.

I tried calm spells + sheathing my weapons, I tried staying away from Solitude for 31 days, I tried everything I could think of but it was permanent.

A shame.
