Are these compatible at all or would I have to choose duel combat with Asis/Pise instead of Duke?

They are most certainly compatible with one another, I use both in my setup, but I think the Customized AI portion of ASIS has some minor conflicts, as both make some edits to combat gamesettings (as I recall) but nothing gamebreaking.
