Use headset to shout on the 360?

So, I'm new here. New to forums in general really. But I had a thought recently, and I wanted to know if it is at all possible. I was looking around at mods for Skyrim and the pc, and this one mod was made so you can say the shout into your headset and, after a short delay, your character performed the shout. Now, why couldn't we have that for the xbox? It's a simple enough idea and lots of people would love it. I for one would thoroughly enjoy it. But I'm not sure if they could do that. Maybe with a title update? I would like to hear your opinions on the idea and if it has any merit. Thank you

They already have voice commands for the PC version. Ironically they also have mods that add additional hotkeys to xbox controllers as well. Of course you need a PC to use it. :)
