looking for a challenge.

I have played all the other ES titles, so I am not new to this. But is there some way to make this more challenging? or have I just not got there yet?
I am level 37, orcish and ebony armour. Exquisite due to a bit of smithing. My armour is not magic as I do not have the smithing exp to get the perk and will not if this is too out of balance.
My weapon is between dawnbreaker(or whatever it is) and an ebony war axe that i uped to superior and then put a soul trap on it.
I used to have a follower, just for the fun, but it ended up being so easy, I could sit out half the fight.
I have just joined the storm cloaks after having a lot of fun just doing random wandering etc.
Unnamed dragons drop like flies and unless the room is full of badies, there is almost no challenge.

Outside of playing master, not using magic, not really using smithing, is there something I can do to make this hard? Or is the challenge upcoming?

Thanks guys.

Edited to make it known, I do play master.

Change your difficulty to master

Even a 3000 damage Bow still hard to beat alduin.

sorry, I do play master, should have noted it better.
I started out in the middle difficulty and then quickly progressed.
While I do get one-shot once in a while, it isnt enough to make it unbeatable.

I figure a mod will come out that made the world harder, as Oblivion had.

There's already a few. One specifically makes dragons much tougher. The best way to make things more challenging is to limit yourself, which it appears you're doing to some degree.

You won't find much difficulty in Skyrim outside of mods, and bending over backwards via self limiting to accomodate the game's deficiences in that area.

No magic. Ever

No potions...except maybe Cure Disease and poisons (see below).

No enchanted or enhanced armor, weapons, jewelry, clothing, etc. Nothing you wear can be enchanted or improved in any way. Base apparrel only.

No enchanted or enhanced weapons. Base weapons only. You may use poisons that you find or steal.

No selling of anything...ever.

No buying anything...ever.

Use and equip only what you find.

Only collect gold from quest rewards.

Use only lockpicks that are given to you, ones that you find, and those that you pickpocket.

1 perk in Stealth, 1 in Backstab, 1 in Deadly Aim, and 1 in Assassins Blade

You can max out speech, lockpicking, and pickpocket only.

You can max out only the first skill in both your weapon and armor trees.

You may not use any crafting skills

Play either Dead is Dead or just reload from Auto Saves. You may not use personal saved games if you die.

When you level your level point goes into Stamina...every time.

No fast travel of any kind. You run everywhere.

No followers. You and just you.

Pick your race, pick your weapons, pick your armor...and have at it.

player.placeatme 640b7 10

Mostly unbeatable unless you know exactly what you are doing.

Actually just try one first. It's a goddam boss for a 30ish level.

Put on Master and never touch the difficulty. People say it's too easy they switch to master to kill rabbits and such and then switch to lower difficulty when faced with a semi challenge. That is useless.
