Skyrim Wiki blocked? : V

I feel this does relate to Skyrim so I'm posting it here.

Whenever I try to go to the Wiki (http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Skyrim) I get this message as of today: http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/8205/websiteblocked.png

What's up with this? Did that SOPA thing actually pass?

Nah, the page briefly loads before hand, then that shows.
Just doing what other sites are doing (Wikipedia will be doing the same).
