Right now I finally maxed out my enchanting and got all the appropriate perks (5 in enchanter and 1 in insightful enchanter).

However, with Grand Souls, my fortify unarmed is only +12, not +14 like everyone else is saying.

Is there something I missed? Something bugged? What am I missing?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I was getting a low number on my skyforge greatswords number of uses once.. I left sold some stuff came back and it went back up. Try going to all the vendors and go back.. I do t know if that will help though

Hm... I certainly hope that that's the case. I'm going to check the game right now.
