Hi I just have a quick question.

I'm at level 100 for archery. Does my character still level up from killing enemies with my bow?

So for example my character is at level 46 at the moment, if I did nothing but kill enemies with my bow would I ever get to level 47?

Nope.

You need to level up other skills. Once a skill hits 100 it is no longer of use to leveling.
I'm playing a magic-heavy level 58 character that has already maxed 2 of my 3 spell schools and now I'm doing weird things like blacksmithing or using two handed weapons to level up so I can get the other perks I want in the magic schools.

It kind of works out, though, since it not only lets you try out other skills and approaches to the game, it also helps you refine strategies. It's good to get out of your comfort zone; keeps the game fresh.

No you can't level past 100. You can use potions to temporarily be past 100 in many skills.
