Like seriously lol. I mean most of the time I fight I dragon it is when they are attacking a village I am in and go for the people and guards first. Some times I meet them in the field yea but a lot of the time they are attacking a town.

But a lot of the times..they seem to have a habit of saving my ass. And I am sure I am not the only one they have rescued!

Lets bring up Helgen. You are about to lose your head and die for commiting the heinous of heinous of crimes!...Crossing the border....and then all of a sudden Alduin swoops in and saves your ass.

That is a scripted event of course that sets off the game. But other times I was saved by a dragon are:

- On my way to sky haven temple during the main quest I came up against a Forsworn camp. I found myself running away alot by friggin magic casters and mobs. I was jsut about to die when all of a sudden a friggin Elder dragon comes in and attacks the forsworn. Drawing their attention and killing most of them. Only reason I was able to complete that area was because of that dragon. Felt kinda bad killing it afterwards .

- I was on my way to a quest marker when I hear a dragon in the distance. I look to the side and see it fighting someone. I go to check and find that it was fighting a Giant. I was able to get myself in a good spot to shoot arrows at the giants and mammoths without them getting to me. A mammoth ended up 2 shotting the dragon but because of it I was able to put down the giant and 2 mammoths that was there and got a good piece of coin!.

- While traveling I wasn't paying attention and was jumped by a group of ice wraiths. I thought for sure I was screwed until, yep you guessed it, a dragon came in and started attacking not me, but the ice wraiths! It didn't do to much damage to them since he was breathing ice but his bites did some damage and it drew their attention so I was able to jump em...and then kill him XD.

- I found myself in between a Imperial legion camp and a random bandit spawn. I got the attention of both groups and they started coming towards me. I thought I was screwed when out of nowhere a dragon comes in and once again saves my ass. Bandits died, Imperials died, and...dragon...was killed by me lol..(I am getting the feeling that I am acting ungrateful for their help)

- Finally. I was on my way to this tower that I wanted to check out because I saw it in the distance(not knowing that I was going to be going there later during a stormcloak quest lol) when I was ambushed by a group of thalmar. 2 of which were spell casters and were doing a lot of damage on me. I thought I was gonna have to realod when all of a sudden a friggin ice attack came from the sky and started attacking the thalmar and getting their attention. I healed up and most of the thalmar died by the dragon while I took out the rest. No dragon was killed this time! For the dragon flew off after the Thalmar were dead!
