Due to the way I sit at my computer (right leg folded beneath me) my knee began getting really sore when I was walking up stairs and I said to one of my work mates "It hasn't been the same since I took an arrow to the knee!" looks of deep contempt and suspicion followed before I hurriedly laughed uncomfortably and apologised for being a nerd!
