I tried, I really tried...

But I just can't play this game anymore, I feel like playing an bland offline mmorpg...

I'm not going to argue the reasons of why, there are enough related topics about that, I'm just going to wait until I see the next expansion to see if I go back or not.

Also, to anybody working at Bethesda Games Studios who might read this topic, I preordered and bought Skyrim day one, next game?
I'll wait & see first.

The sad thing is that you're 1 person out of millions so while your opinion would matter (in this hypothetical situation where a dev may read your post) but it doesn't carry enough weight for them to actually do anything about it. As for the mmorpg feel I'd argue that is due to the open world aspect of the game which is why so many people have asked for a TES mmorpg, and Fallout mmorpg.

Nah, not really, I played some open world games/mmorpgs that had a more alive vibe, better NPCs and much more content variety than this game.

While I don't agree with your decision to make a "bye bye Skyrim" thread, I do relate about preordering any Bethesda release. Bad idea.

Oblivion helped me get over Final Fantasy 11, due to it feeling like an offline mmorpg, with the big world to explore and quests galore. Since it was offline, I didn't have to rely on other people and their schedules to get things done.

It's unfortunate that Skyrim isn't your cup of tea. I'm just as addicted to it as I was to Oblivion. I like being an adventurer who can go explore, raid dungeons and save the world with my god-like ability.

Indeed. If you open a thread about not playing I think your reasons for it should be displayed :)

Boring quests perhaps?

What's with all the mindless "cool story bro", "waaaaah?", and assorted other irrelevant comments? Yes, the topic svcks because it's so damn pointless, but your pointless comments aren't really adding much to the topic, are they?

@ TC
Making a topic about something you don't want to discuss seems ridiculous. Making a topic that you hope one or more of the devs will see, on a forum where scores of new topics are made every day, seems ridiculous. As much as I get what you're describing, this topic just isn't very good.

It's not supposed to be good, my post is about I don't care anymore about this game, which is saddening.

If I posted the reasons of why, I would a like 5 guys posting here about how ima wrong about them and how wonderful this game is and blah blah blah, in the end, they're not going to convince me (if that was their original intention, which I really doubt) and I'm not going to convince them.

You want constructibe criticism? it's already been done and I'm pretty sure the devs know about their mistakes, probably even without checking these forums, question is, will they learn from it and gave the proper answers or not?

Well then, I am sure those publishers are eagerly awaiting your monthly sub again.

Thanks for stopping by, but this actually provides no real insight or info for the game. Most people that get bored with a game just, you know, move on. You don't need to sail into the forums with a goodbye thread - which we don't allow anyway. :)
