I believe several people are having issue with boethiahs calling quest. The new patch coming february i assume claims to fix the issue with knifepoint ridge. However my bug is different. After missing the acheivement for all daedra artifacts first time round ive blitzed the game again in 15 hours to get all the artifacts. I have 14, however the last one!!!! Boethiahs calling is bugged. Im lvl 32 and i have the book and the quest telling me to find the shrine. Ive found the shrine, yet no cultists r there. When i sacrafice a follower boethiah tells me to kill all the cultists, but there are none so i cant go any further. Im furious!!!! Wasted 15 hours and artifact 15 of 15 i cannot get!!! What a waste of time and effort!!!! Bethesda needs to fix this bug, its my last achievement and i am not paying for any DLC until this is fixed.

Some forums on the net claim that if u visit the shrine before lvl 30 it glitchs. I assume this is what has happened to me, its ridiculous though, this sort of bug shouldnt happen in an open world game where you couod stumble across anything at anytime. Please bethesda fix this bug.
