Load Order? No Skyrim In Months; Can't Start A New Game. CTD : V

The Topic Tags say it all.

Haven't played Skyrim in months; updated all my mods on the Nexus, cranked up the newest SKSE and bam... CTD's loading old saves.

Assuming they were corrupted, after running Boss and Bash; I started a new save and this is what happens.

Hit "New", Dragon Icon stays there, smoke continues to pass, nothing loads. Even after 10 minutes.

I've had to Ctrl+Alt+Del every time.

I'm aggravated and about to delete my entire install and start over.

You are using Wrye Bash - when you look at the saves in Bash, are there by chance some missing masters (red squares)?

Sadly, no.

The Save attempts to load; goes to a loading screen for about 3 seconds; then CTD's.

On New start attempts; the screen just doesn't load. The dragon and mist keep going; music keeps playing... but nothing ever pops.

Uhmm? Quantity over Quality? I assume not. You probably want to turn off one plugin after another to find out who's the culprit. Don't forget to turn off the bashed patch while testing this.

Usually what I'm doing is activating groups of mods, see if they work, and bit for bit try to nail the plugin that's causing the trouble.

I see a bunch of mods, that do exactly the same as some of the other mods. It's probably also a good idea to start from all over.

Interesting. Such as?

To my knowledge, the only mods that touch similar subjects are the craftable mods, like Complete Crafting Overhaul and something like "craftable armor esp's" that are add-on's to other mods. Those were the mods that I removed, before going nowhere and deciding to post over it.

Part of me wants to point a finger at the perk uncapper; since the "magic" esp, that I do not use; had problems for folks in the past.
