One Handed Perks Question

I've got an Orc warrior that wields a Mace in his right hand, and a sword in the left, would taking perks like Bone Breaker and Bladesmen provide me with a benefit?

they would give you a benefit but even still, Armsman, smithing and enchanting perks would do much more for your DPS than those perks.

So I'll actually for bone breaker I'll get the ignore 25% of armor with my mace and the 10% increased critical with my sword?

Do these stack if I use two maces, or two swords?

You won't get the 10% increased crit if you're using maces if that's what you wanted to know. Of course if you wield both the mace and the sword you get the bonuses on each hand for the perks you invested on.

The benefits are small. Enemies like Dragons don't have armour as such, and the critical damage is a bonus to unsmithed weapon values. They do affect both, if say you equip two maces, both ignore armour. You are better off sticking to one type, though, or to get all the benefits, you need six perks.
