What is up with grindstones? Wheat, tusks, nothing seemingly can be ground.

I tried wheat and pondered the tusks. I agree.

Not having a speech perk that allows you to appear friendly to some intelligent creatures upon encounter with them.
How many times I've have not wanted to attack a spriggan only to be chased down and be killed or forced to stand my ground.
It hurts a fellow Kynareth/Meridia revering nature lover like myself to be forced into such confrontations.

You can use the grindstone. But all you do is walk around in circles. I've found powdered mammoth tusk once. You should be able to make some.
