Fimion the Wood Elf

Fimion was born in Arenthia, in the northern part of Valenwood. At age 7, his parents were executed by a Thalmor assassin for their hand in helping Tiber Septim Conquer Valenwood. He was split up from his birth sister and was taken to Cyrodill, to the Imperial City, where he was raised by a middle class merchant (and former Dark Brotherhood Assassin.) Fimion was always a bright child, but exceled in all things archery, and would often use illusion magic to pull pranks on the other kids in the neighborhood. He would often wonder and ask his father stories of his deeds with the Dark Brotherhood. The danger always intrigued him. Things went pretty normal for Fimion up until about 6 months ago, after his 22nd birthday. A small Stormcloak contingent made its way into the market district within the imperial city, and massacred 30 innocent civilians. One of these civilians was Fimions adoptive father. With nothing left to stay for, Fimion journeyed north to Bruma. While there, he spoke with a man who claimed he knew Fimion's birth parents, and the High Elf responsible for their murder. A Thalmor assassin and magic savant by the name of Ancano. When hearing that Ancano had traveled with the Thalmor delegation to Skyrim, Fimion decided to head further north, into the Jerall Mountains. He was soon picked up by an Imperial prison transport while hunting, and thrown into the back of a carriage with the man responsible for the market district massacre.

Hopefully Fimion will find what he seeks in Skyrim, for revenge burns hard in his heart, and the two men responsible are both close to his grasp.


Rules of play:

1. No fast travel (disabled with mod)
2. Must go to church to worship Arkay once per week
3. No crafting (other than arcane smithing, to improve unique items)
4. I will read at least 1 book per day


**One intereting note. I wrote all of Fimion's history and backround on paper, with him worshiping Arkay. I took him through Bleak Falls and in the final chest before the secret exit, there was a Amulet of Arkay...... that kind of made me feel good about him.

What is everyone's thoughts? suggestions?

Well depends on how close you want to stick to lore, but the DB was completely destroyed everywhere but Skyrim, this happened during the great war. If I read your story right your character is 22 the great war is 25 years ago. There is also no evidence that Stormcloacks ever went outside of Skyrim, let alone stand into the imperial city.

Last point, it is possible but unlikely that normal Bosmer would get to be 600 or 700 years old (which they would need to have been in order to help Tiber Septim)
