is it possible to level all skills to 100 and still be strong? i know you cant get every perk. has anyone done this?

I've tried to get all skills to a 100 except for Pickpocket coz you'd only need to lvl 80 for it to be lvl 81 on your character w/c is the max level. I don't really know if your gonna be that strong with all skills at a 100 but based on my experience since you get to choose between health, magicka or stamina every level up to 81 then it gives you an advantage.

Yes, it is possible. I did this. Enemies stop leveling at level 50.

Yep, 2 times. It's totally possible, and like kil7 said, it gives you a whole lotta more in your hp/mp/fp pools which is always a good thing, while most enemies are capped on lower levels than that. Not to mention bonus perks who are always welcome.
