Edit: This is true of any Archer type from any film anywhere i guess, though maybe not using one handed.

Perks: Depends what you equip. No Stealth. No Non-Combat.
Follower: None
Other: - Might want to go Vampire so you can feed.
- Don't speak to anyone.
- Wander everwhere on foot.
- Might be kind of difficult...

Other: Would probably stay in Riverwood and chop wood for a living. The end.

Character: Battletoads (ZIts or Rash)
Background: Battletoads the video games.
Race: Argonian
Class: Amphibious Fighter
Apparel: Gloves(Heavy for the H2H perk in the Heavy Armor Tree)
Travel: Foot, Hover Bikes, or Hovering Platforms
Primary Weapon: Fists, Legs, Head Butts
Main Dragon Shout:Unrelenting Shout (Sounds like something outrageous they might do!)
Perks: Heavy Armor(for the H2H), Speech, Enchanting(Just because you don't really have anywhere else to put points into, and you may need help to survive)
Follower: Any Argonian that deals with H2H
Other: While this sounds like nostalgilistically fun, it may take some work to figure out where to put more points into!

Background: Steals from the rich. Gives to the poor.
Race: Nord/Imperial/Breton/Bosmer

Other: Always give coin to the poor and drop nice weapons/apparel near to them to pick up

Background: King of Ithaca, Son of Laertes, Main character of the Odyssey.
Race: Imperial
Class: Archer/ Swordsman
Apparel: Light Imperial Armor.
Travel: Foot, Fast Travel (Coastal only)
Primary Weapon: Imperial Bow, iron arrows, Steel/Iron/Imperial Sword
Main Dragon Shout: Slow time, Whirlwind Sprint, Call of Valor
Perks: Anything to increase your ability with Light Armor, Bows, Swords. Perhaps Illusion to rally your allies.
Follower: A Nord/Imperial/Redguard/Breton willing to follow you until the bitter end. Make sure you can outfit them in Legion armor. Sven works rather well for this.
Other: Marry some woman to act as your "Penelope", but be forced to leave her because of the war. Join up with legion, and after completing that questline, become utterly lost.

Character: Jaime Lannister
Background: Knight, Heir to House Lannister, Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, Kingslayer
Race: Westerosi (Andal)
Class: Knight (duh...)
Apparel: Gilded plate armor, white cloak
Travel: Horseback, on-foot
Primary Weapon: Longsword
Main Dragon Shout: Elemental Fury (to represent his supreme mastery of swordsmanship)
Perks: Backstab (Did this to King Aerys), most if not all of the sword perks under onehanded and block as well
Follower: Brienne I guess.
Other: Pretty much the most dangerous dude alive if he has both hands...

Character: Ted "The Nuge" Nugent
Background: Bard, Anti-Animal rights activist.
Race: Breton, most likely of the forsworn variety
Class: Bard/Ranger
Apparel: Fine Radiant Raiment Garment, or Combat Fatigues and Cowboy hat
Travel: By foot
Primary Weapon: Bow and Arrow, Gibson Byrdland "Axe"
Main Dragon shout: Marked for Death, Unrelenting Force, Storm Call
Perks: Bow perks, Sneak perks, Two-Handed "Axes"
Follower: Many female groupies, fellow hunters
Other: Join Bards College immediately, must kill all edible animals on sight, and non-edible ones for fun.
