Is there a spoiler/quest involving the bees or bee hives?

There's a Thieves Guild quest that involves burning some beehives.

if i harvest the ingredients in the bee hives found outside in the wild, does the ingredients respawn (husk, honey...etc)

im guessing not

Yes, most ingredients respawn in either an in-game week or an in-game month.
