Where can you tell if you've got the latest patch?

I'm still encountering some glitches that i thought had been covered. Can anyone tell me how to check if my game is up to date? P.S. i play on PC

Hit escape to open the savegame window, then the version number is in the lower left. Should say 1.3 something.

Unless you chose to participate in the Beta, then you have only the 1.3 patch.
