I want to play an Altmer. I already made a decent looking one. But she's stuck in the starter dungeon because I have no idea what I'm going to do with her after she gets out.

I know I want to use Light Armor. I want her in Elven and then Glass armor. I can't see my Nords wearing it so I created this person to do that. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to play her, or what factions to join, or even what her motivation is.

Like Thalmor, not like Thalmor? Join the civil war or not? Light Armor + Warrior skills, or Rogue skills, or Mage skills?

I'm just hitting a brick wall here.
