I thought you only needed 75 in alteration to buy the paralyze spell? I'm at 90 at it still isn't showing up on tolfider in the mages college...did they change the level requirement?

Not sure, maybe its an overall level requirement?

Naw i've bought it before on a different toon. Well i'll be 100 soon so will try it then.

Weird. Check UESP to see if there are any set locations like ruins, forts, etc.. where you can find it.

Did you try him before or after the patch?

I got mine a few days before the patch came out at 75.
