Does Shield Wall (first perk in the Block tree) affect block

Post » Sat Jun 09, 2012 2:41 pm

I'm wondering because I'm using a strictly 2H Warrior build and I find myself blocking against Deathlords and Bandit Chiefs when I can, and the talent has me torn both ways because it's "Shield" Wall yet it states that Blocking (I'm assuming in general) is #% better. Anyone know for sure if I put points in it whether it will increase 2-Handed blocking?

Shield wall makes me laugh because you can`t do a shield wall by yourself in reality. You have to have at least 2 people to do it. It would`ve been nice if when you did do a shield wall, your Follower would use his shield and join with your shield. THAT would be a shield wall, a small one, but a shield wall.

They should call it something else.

It does, as do all the perks in the right arm of the tree. The ones on the left require a shield. ...I think
