Got problem with the Armren sword quest on the 360. I didunt speak to him after first etering witerun when he was argueing with his wife, and left to the mages collage for few days now come back to whiterun and spoke to him and the opion to ask him about the sword isunt there.
Come to think of him i cant rember seeing him talking to his wife when i first came to whiterun not to sure though. is this a glitch should i be able to get the quest to triger from him?

Radiant Quest system can sometimes skip certain misc quests.

You must click on the "Why were you two arguing?" in the dialogue in order to get the quest. No matter if you witnessed the argument or not, the line is here, at least on PC. I don't see why it should be otherwise for the box.

Well the dialogue option "why were you two arguing" isunt there, as Komodo siaid doing there winterhold quest probaly made it skip. Bit of a bummer lost xp.

Listen for the argument again, it may or may not pop up again. I had a different quest do that to me and alot later it popped back up, so to speak. 360

Yeah maybe i will have to leav town agian then come back. Ive been following Amren around all day but that convo never pops up, Even tride asking him to teach me 1 handed weaponary but that dosent lead to it.

Maybe try to get get the sword first.
There are many quests where you can get the quest item before getting the quest itself...and grabbing the sword might trigger it for you.
