POLL for DLC

Post » Sat Jun 09, 2012 8:38 am

My priorities in terms of what I want for Skyrim:

1. PATCH FOR BALANCE - This is a major one. The game has become way too easy at level 35 and above even on master. I can kill a dragon with a few strikes. The majority of time Lydia takes them out - why is the dragon born even needed?

2. DLC - Post main quest - Take the fight to the Thalmor! I would like to see the Imperials or Stormcloaks (which ever you sided with) march on Summerset Isles and eliminate the threat once and for all. I am not talking about a full scale new map here, more a small segment of the Isles which you can fight through to reach and eliminate the Dominion leadership.

3. DLC - Arena

4. DLC - Magic Creation and more spells

Thoughts?

1, 3 and 4 yes. And more dialogue options. Maybe some free money?

I would prefer a full game with the Thalmor than a simple DLC.

I could see 4 happening if people's myths about Cyrodill may be apart of the DLC from the Arcane university being available.
i haven't been here in awhile so i don't know if that myth has been completely disproved yet though o.o

3 *__*
Would be amazing to watch and bet on npc battles, since they can do finishers to each other like our character [decapitation and stuff :D]

I think there should be more to the prophecy of the dragonborn. I mean he has to defeat alduin and that's it. I want more history behind the dragonborn and ancestral weapons that have been passed down between generations.

The more I think about it, the more I think some DLC will involve children. It seems certain quests involving children were either dropped or cut back. In addition, there's the orphanage in Riften where no children are available for adoption. Plus, Bethesda has said that DLC will be more about gameplay than adding things/expansions. If spell creation doesn't make a return though, I am going to be VERY upset.

What more could you want? Do you want to defeat Alduin and then go and fight Akatosh?

A thalmor area where no matter what you do you cannot get in,totally off limits, you can get close but are taken out by extreme thalmor patrols and ambushers.it would drive the fans nutty trying to figure it out.

An immortal insect follower companion that doesn't fight but never stops saying "But it's huge, just look at the sites". His name would be Fan O'Beth (he's Irish) and you wouldn't be able to interact with anyone without him starting his dialog, no option to ever leave him either.

I veto any and all nonsense about "balance".
We've already had that argument enough.

How is it nonsense? The game is unbalanced.

you can't balance a single player game... there's no two sides to reference.
