How is dual-wielding working out for you?

It's alright. I don't use on anyone but my rogue though. Just wouldn't feel right

i've only used it for stealth kills, it works really well after a few perks and a certain set of gauntlets

Think Dagger MH / Sword OH is the best, also need enchantments on harder difficulties. When it comes to boss fights if I cant get off a sneak attack its a 10-20 pot job since my daggers barely tickle, not being able to block/bash to interrupt channeling spells svcks, its basically spam clicking someone down trying to avoid mele swings.

Nope. Doesn't work. If you switch back and forth between a two handed weapon like a bow and your dual set up you'll be fine. The moment you equip something else in your left hand like a spell or shield the weapon combination is broken. Pressing your right hand hotkey will only get you the right hand weapon and whatever you last used in your left hand.

Hmmm...I just tried it and it works fine, even if I equip something in my left hand. Don't know what to tell you.

Dual wielding is awsome, and challanging. You really need to make sure that you have stamina points, or if you do the power attack, you drain out your stamina in under 3 seconds(but the damage output is well worth it if you are doing the killing strike on the last man standing)

Dual Wielding is just overpowered.

With Sword, Sword or Sword, dagger and the Steed stone, you move around like a ninja even in Heavy Armor, easily dodging blows, spells, projectiles and enemies, and your close combat damage is pretty insane.

On expert you can down Blood Dragons pretty damn fast using only Steel swords while dual wielding and using some one handed + enchants. With the Elemental Fury shout, you can literally kill them in 7 seconds.

I recently upgraded by honed Draugr weapons into Hero Draugr weapons and everyone just drop like flies!(I use no + damage enchants on my weapons)

I just started my new build yesterday. He's a Nord warrior that dual-wields and uses a bow. Im owning right now. I'm gonna turn the difficulty to expert.

I love the feature its one of the best in Skyrim, duel wield spells and weapons something I have always wanted to do excellent. It's working out great I love having to equip your spell in your hand before use and I love using magic with a weapon in hand.

Dual wield is all about power attacks. You cant defend, but the damage is huge.Once you get the relevant perks you can rip apart just about anything in skyrim.

Also, not exactly related to dual wield, but I found a fun little sneak attack move. With the silent roll perk and charging power attack, if you hit sprint while sneaking and do a power attack, you will do double critical and a power sneak attack if you are successful. Just have to make sure you do it from behind... :D

Meh, can't type properly from the phone.

I got too spoiled by the shield perks to ever dual wield again. Love me those resistance perks.

I'll try it again and get back to you. I would love it if you are right.
