Permanent Summoned Atronarchs

I was wondering if the permanent summoned atronarchs, from the master conjuration spells, are as physically/magically powerful as their non permanent versions. Keep in mind I have the perk that makes atronarchs %50 more powerful. I ask because when I summon a non permanent storm atronarch, it says "Soandso's Potent Storm Atronarch". When its the master version which is permanent, it says "Soandso's Storm Atronarch. I'm curious if that perk still applies to the master versions of those spells. I assume it would, but it makes me wonder. Do we not get that perk's bonus if we use the permanent version?? Any info on that would be great. Maybe they just didn't insert the "Potent" classification into the names of the Master Atronarchs. Hopefully thats the case. If they are indeed weaker I wouldnt bother using the master versions.

I don't believe they gain from the "potent" talent.

Though they are not worth using anyway. You can dual-cast 2 atronachs at once with an instant cast, or you can worry about 2 atronachs which need healing, can get lost, take 10 seconds to resummon and are weaker than their standard counterparts.

So it seems like the master versions are a waste of time
