As it says in the title i was wondering if anyone could give me advice. My specs are:
Processor: AMD Athlon™ II Dual-Core M300 2.0 GHz
Ram: 4gb (3.75 usable)
Display adapter (graphics card i think?): AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200
System type: 64 bit

And i get alot of lag in cities and often just walking around. Can you give me any tips for less lag?

You basically need to rewrite your INI file, there are many custom configs on the Nexus.

They have an ATI card. Nvidia tweaks won`t be very useful.

This is incorrect. The tweakguide at Geforce.com provides general optimisations and advanced tweaks to the game engine directly which are applicable to ALL PC configurations, not just ones with Nvidia based cards.

It appears to be a common misconception that because GeForce.com is owned by Nvidia, all of their game tweakguides apply to owners of Nvidia cards only. Read the guide and see for yourself.

No problem, mate. I guess having the words GEFORCE in big bold letters at the top of their website makes everyone think they only cover tweaks related to their own GPUs.

Mandm you should really browse through the PC section of the tech support forums in these forums too. You aren't the first one to ask this sort of question and there's plenty of threads with plenty of useful answers already there.
