Blocking wbow

Post » Sat Jun 09, 2012 3:59 pm

Greetings,

I've done a tad of research and I'm still trying to come to a definite answer. Can you effectively block with a bow and if so, do the blocking perks benefit this? I'm an exclusive sneak archer and figured this tactic may prove useful when bad guys close within melee range.

If bow blocking is feasible, which blocking perks should I focus on?

Thanks in advance.

Bow blocking is not feesible. it is a knockback function which delays the opponent. I wonder how your question applied to a torch?

Yep, blocking with a bow was taken out and replaced with bash. I find that more useful anyhow.

Somebody else might be wondering the same thing as the OP from NOV, read this today, and find their answer. It's a legit question and I'm not seeing the harm

Although I do agree with your post and have nothing against it, his post is directly posted to the OP.

I don't think the OP is going to wait 2-3 months for a reply.

Also, may I add. He is confusing people, hence some others think it's a recent topic posted, until they find out it's months old.
So they are sometimes wasting their time as well, Halthor.

Not for post counts thank you. If I was to do that I would have a lot more than 40-50, I responded to questions I found interesting and there are a lot of posts that are off topic which I do not want to be a part of. I appriciate your concern, I will make note of it. If my "habit" becomes an issue I am sure a mod will notify me. I have helped some people if you want to check all my posts. Cheers mate!
