Race: Nord male
Name: Thor
Note: minor spoilers
Backstory: Illigitamate Descendant of the Champion of Cyrodiil (although this is unknown to him, and he never finds out), Thor has lived a simple life as a farmer in the outskirts of Bruma, then one day, when hunting deer too close to the boarders of the Jerall Mountains, he was captured Imperials, fasley acusing him of being a spy. Thus begins the events at Helgan. While intially planing to sneak back over the boarder to his home after first he warns Jarl of Whiterun about Alduin (he HAS to warn the innocent city of the impending danger, its the responsible things to do), he eventually gets caught up in events and and decides to embrace his destiny as the Dovahkiin. After realizing his power and potential, he decides to stay in Skyrim, traveling across the land, seeking anyway to help the citizens of Skyrim, but mostly to try to find something that will bring honor and glory to himself. He will never return to Cyrodiil, there is nothing for him there anymore.
Character traits: At first, he trys to do the right thing, he will not kill innocent civilians, or do anything illegal, but over time, the power gets to his head, and he creates exceptions to the rules. He eventually comes belives that the Dovahkiin is superior than everyone else, and thus the laws don't apply to him, instead caring more about the challange and glories of the fight rather than whom it affects. HOWEVER, he never becomes outright evil, he still has a conscience about whats right and wrong, but its just more lienient than it used to be. (this does not apply till dozens of hours in, and its gradual, first he steals a couple of gold here or there, then he starts getting into fights with people who annoy him, until eventually he harms innocents he first set out to himself to help.) He is a slight racist, meaning he prefers nords, but he doesn't hate the other races. For example, he only thinks nord women are physically attractive, but still acts kindly to elf women. Politically, he is very patriotic, believing that Skyrim belongs to the nords. Personally, he is a bit dim witted, especially when it comes to interacting with other people, as he only knows about farming, hunting, and eventually, fighting. This is a result of him living a very solitary existance, and his experience in Skyrim is his first foray into the rest of the world, and he is very eager and curious to discover anything he can. He is a Talos worshipper
Roleplaying limitations:
Must join stormcloaks
Must destroy Dark Brother hood, not join (even late in the game, he still despises assasins)
Must defy the Daedric lords, if given the opportunity (he is drawn to the Daedric lords, but mostly as a curiosity, as he has never heard of them before, however, he still believes that they are evil, and trys to undermine them any way he can
If given a choice between helping a nord and any other race, he must help the nord, only allowed to marry nords
Combat limitaions
No magic (including alchemy), while he can use magic, he thinks its a dishonorable way to fight, and would rather go a more traditional route, but he doesn't hate mages in general
No speechcraft or pickpocketing (as a rural farmer, he has very little experience in the city, and thus is not very street smart
Okay, the backstory wasn't too creative, and half of it was sort of an 'after the fact' kinda thing. Also, im not a very good story teller, but whatever. Anyway, what are your characters like?
