1. Do the one-handed power attack perks work with dual wielding, like the one where you have a chance of decapitating someone? I know dual-wielding has it's own power attack perk, but just wondering.

2. How do you swivel the camera when you have your weapons drawn, in order to take a screenshot? It's easy if you have your weapon sheathed, but I haven't figured out how to do it otherwise.

2. Sheathe weapons, hold down the button that you use to normally swivel the camera, unsheathe weapons and now you can swivel the camera with your weapons out.
