Is anyone aware of a guide to create a character that as closely resembles Heath Ledger's Joker as possible in skyrim? I don't think I need to explain what I am about to RP as.

You unfortunately can't really do this precisely but you want to be well-versed in light armor, one-handed weapons, speechcraft, (maybe) destruction, and I reccomend using your fists as weapons (they are actually very effective with a certain enchantement on gloves, and a heavy armor perk that takes the protection the gauntlets provide and turns it into damage). Sneak and lockpicking can also help.

Well i was thinking some more along the lines of the actual character's appearance i.e. race, hairstyle, facial configurations etc.

Definitely will level sneak though, HL joker had a thing going for small little sharp things. And the speech too.
