Anyone buy the Proudspire Manor, and get all of the upgrades?
Seems my housecarl's room (at least I guess that is what it is) didn't get upgraded and looks pretty rough.

Opened it up on the Creation Kit, and while I couldn't figure out much, I did notice a regular bed and a desk of sorts there - though no idea how to unlock that.

Anyone know?

Aye, that's just the way it looks - rough. Also you'll find that your spouse sleeps down there instead of the housecarl ... unless that has been fixed in the patches (probably not though).

Once you get your housecarl the room will be decorated, but until they arrive it will stay undecorated (even when you have got all of the decorations)

Curious - my housecarl seems to have been occupying the house when I moved in. Wonder if that bugged it.

They probably didn't have anything to put in there... YET. Great spot to dress up with some DLC, eh?

I have a housecarl in Solitude (got her before the house, now she sits around the main rooms eating bread) and that room is still full of crates and such.

Mmmm....Jardis my housecarl only hangs around in my dining room stuffing her face with my sweetrolls and bread...I was only thinking last time I was down there that she seemed to be getting a fat *ss...

Guess it's her turn to jog along behind me while I ride around the countryside.

(And yes, that spare room in the basemant is pretty bare...but that's why I thought they had the double bed upstairs).
