Seriously, I've scoured the forums, searched google, where the hell are they?? They could have made it slightly more obvious...

The texture pack is on steam, so is the creation kit.

Type Skyrim into the search bar in the store and the texture pack will show up as one of the options

The creation kit is found under the view -> tools menu

its a freebie but only via steam

Note: Creation Kit doesn't always seem to show up until you refresh/restart Steam. That gave me fits until I finally got it.

I just typed Creation kit into google and the first link told me how to install the creation kit.

Not to mention there are a million videos on Youtube that show you how to get it. Less effort that to start this thread.

"Where to download" is easier to answer than "Why can I not find out where to download"
