Has anyone noticed the game runs even smoother after patch?

The game seemed to run much smoother on the 360 for me (is the patch even out yet on other platforms?), but I have read others are having no such luck.

It seems much tighter and more stable around my usual trouble spots.

I figured it's because my nirnroot glows were cleaned up.
