Can't find him. He's in Riftin, isn't he? I've been all over that town, in the Ratway, talked to every person, and he's Least In Sight. Help?

Have you been in the Ragged Flagon and talked to the bartender there? Esbern is in the Warrens, which you get to by going through the Ragged Flagon.
